Who I am
Bayswater Counselling is run by Gillian, a BACP registered counsellor and CBT therapist, at 11 Bayswater Road, Wallasey, Wirral CH45 8JZ. I am responsible for the personal information you send me. You can contact me about it at gilliancharlton321@icloud.com or on 07395 556368.
What I collect
This website has no forms. When you call, text, send a WhatsApp message or email me, I have only what you choose to share, such as your name, your contact details and a little about why you are getting in touch.
Anything you tell me about why you are getting in touch may be information about your health. I treat it as confidential and only use it to arrange your consultation.
Why I use it
Only to reply to you and arrange your consultation. I never sell your details or use them for marketing.
Where it goes
If you choose to message me on WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or ask me to stop using it. Email gilliancharlton321@icloud.com. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
